Serial Komedi Situasi ini berdasarkan Karakter-Karakter karya Juslifar M. Junus, seorang penulis SITKOM Suami-Suami Takut Istri, Sirkus Kutu, dan KeREBRITIS. Penulis cerita oleh Cahya Hanifa, Penulis Muda Berbakat yang juga menulis E-Strips di www.superkidsindonesia.com, berjudul SITA & SUTA. SITKOM ini mengambil lokasi di perkampungan kota Surabaya, dan dimainkan seluruhnya oleh Para Artis-artis muda berbakat Kota Pahlawan.
